01Do you have a workshop in Parramatta?
No. Our only workshop is in Old Toongabbie, and we do not offer mobile repairs. Customers visit us from Parramatta so the team can inspect the damage properly in person.
02Do I have to use my insurer's repairer?
If you are comprehensively insured with choice of repairer, you can nominate Diverse and we manage our side of the claim. If another driver caused the accident, there may be a separate not at fault pathway. Bring what you have and we will explain the practical next step at the assessment.
03Can you arrange a replacement car?
For verified eligible not at fault claims, Diverse can arrange a replacement hire car and free towing where relevant. Replacement vehicles are not offered on private repairs.
04How long will the repair take?
Timing depends on the approved repair scope, parts availability and workshop capacity. We explain the likely timing once the vehicle has been assessed.
