Your insurance policy is not the only route. If another driver caused the accident, an eligible at fault pathway may let you choose Diverse, keep control of the repair and avoid letting a network appointment decide where your car goes.
To get started, we only need the at fault driver’s details and their claim number or insurance company name. We handle everything else.
THE REAL DECISION IS REPAIR CONTROL
Who gets to decide the standard?
When a vehicle enters an insurer managed repair network, the repairer, scope and parts pathway can be directed by that process. An eligible at fault pathway with Diverse keeps the workshop focused on the vehicle you own and the repair you expect.
INSURER MANAGED REPAIR ROUTE
The insurer’s network and process.
The insurer can direct the repairer, scope and approval process through its network
Commercial arrangements and approved scope can drive the parts and repair pathway
You may be left dealing with claims teams, assessors, tow providers and repair updates
If the repair is not right, you may be navigating the process again to have it addressed
ELIGIBLE AT FAULT PATHWAY WITH DIVERSE
Your car. Our standard.
You appoint Diverse and deal with one accountable local team
We repair to the correct method and advocate for genuine OEM parts where appropriate and available
PPF, wheels, body kits, accessories and modifications damaged in the accident are included in the repair
We organise towing, replacement mobility, repair information and regular updates
This comparison is about process and control, not a guarantee of claim outcome. Whether an at fault pathway is available depends on fault, the other driver’s insurance, evidence and the individual claim. We help you understand the practical route; liability and recovery decisions remain with the relevant insurer or claim handler.
YOUR CAR DESERVES MORE THAN A REPAIR DONE TO A PRICE
Better repair control. Better service. Less chasing.
Network repair is often about managing an insurer process. Diverse is about restoring your vehicle and taking the entire accident damage process off your hands.
01
You deal with us only
Your first call, assessment, vehicle collection, repair updates and handover sit with the Diverse team. You do not spend your day on hold or repeat your story to a line of providers.
02
A hire car is guaranteed
For a verified eligible not at fault claim, we guarantee an accident replacement vehicle so you are not left without transport while your car is in our care.
03
Choose the workshop you trust
Where the at fault pathway is available, you appoint Diverse as your repairer rather than accepting an insurer network appointment by default.
04
Towing is free
If your vehicle is not driveable, we arrange collection into the workshop at no cost to you on a verified eligible not at fault claim.
05
Everything affected in the accident is included
If PPF, wheels, body kits, accessories or modifications were on your car before the accident and were damaged, they are included in putting it right.
06
Lifetime warranty. No excess.
On a verified not at fault claim, you do not pay excess to Diverse. Every repair is backed by our lifetime warranty, and repair planning starts once liability is accepted, subject to parts and workshop availability.
If you are an eligible not at fault customer, this is the outcome we work toward: your chosen repairer, a replacement car, free tow, no excess to Diverse, the whole car put right and a lifetime warranty behind the workmanship.
THIS IS WHAT WE DO EVERY DAY
Make one call. We take it from there.
You do not need to learn insurance law or claim handling after an accident. Start with an assessment and let the workshop that deals with this every day explain the options around your vehicle.
01
Call Diverse, not the insurer
Bring the other driver’s details if you have them. This is what we do every day, and we quickly identify whether the not at fault pathway is viable.
02
We assess the whole car
We assess the accident damage to the whole car, including PPF, wheels, body kits, modifications and accessories. We organise towing if required and have the replacement vehicle conversation early.
03
We handle the claim pathway
Diverse coordinates the practical information and repair process. You are not left on hold, passed between departments or asked to manage the workshop, tow operator and hire car yourself.
04
We restore the car properly
After liability is accepted, we repair to the correct method, advocate for genuine OEM parts where appropriate and available, and quality check the result before handover.
THE REPAIR COMES FIRST
THE VEHICLE IS MORE THAN THE BASE MODEL
Do not let the scope be reduced to the cheapest fix.
The right repair is not simply a fast repair or a low quote. We assess the full damage, explain the factory repair method, advocate for genuine OEM parts where appropriate and available, and put the car back as close as possible to its pre accident condition.
Correct repair methods are the starting point
OEM parts advocated where appropriate and available
PPF, wheels, body kits and modifications included in the repair
THE QUESTIONS PEOPLE ASK US
You have enough to deal with. We make this simple.
01Why would I not use my own insurer?
Your own policy may limit repairer choice, direct the repair through a network, require an excess, or assess the vehicle against its own terms and limits. If you were not at fault, an eligible recovery pathway may let you appoint Diverse instead. You should still comply with any notification requirement in your own policy, and we will explain the practical options first.
02My insurer told me to use their repairer. Is it too late?
Not necessarily. Before you authorise a repair, speak to Diverse. An insurer recommendation is part of its process, not the only possible repair outcome. Depending on the fault position and claim circumstances, we can explain whether the at fault pathway still lets you move the repair to Diverse.
03What do you need from me to get started?
Just the at fault driver’s details and their claim number or insurance company name. Send those through to Diverse and we can handle everything else from there.
04Why does the insurer network matter?
Insurer managed repairs work within the insurer’s approval process, commercial arrangements and repair network. That may be convenient for the insurer, but it does not automatically reflect the standard, repair method or level of personal service you expect. With Diverse, the vehicle owner chooses the workshop and has one accountable local team.
05Will my car be repaired with genuine OEM parts?
We advocate for genuine OEM parts where they are appropriate and available, and we explain the correct repair method for your vehicle. Final parts approval is determined by the accepted claim pathway, availability and the repair requirements, but we will never choose a shortcut simply because it is cheaper.
06Do I have to speak to the insurance company?
No. Diverse can handle the practical claim and repair conversations for you. You remain informed and in control, without having to spend hours on hold or repeat the accident details to multiple people.
07Is the replacement hire car really guaranteed?
For a verified eligible not at fault claim, yes. We arrange an accident replacement vehicle around your repair so you can stay mobile while your car is with Diverse.
08Is towing really free?
For a verified eligible not at fault claim, yes. If the vehicle cannot be driven, we arrange the tow into our workshop at no cost to you.
09Will modifications, accessories or PPF be considered?
Yes. If PPF, wheels, body kits, accessories or modifications were on your car before the accident and were damaged, they are included in the repair. We repair the car you own, not a stripped back version of it.
10Will this affect my premiums or no-claim bonus?
If you do not lodge a claim under your own policy, this is not a claim made on that policy. You may still have notification or disclosure obligations under your policy, and future premium decisions remain with your insurer. Read your PDS or ask your insurer about your circumstances.
11Will I pay an excess?
On a verified not at fault claim managed through Diverse, you do not pay excess to us. If there is any insurer position that needs clarification, we explain it before you commit to the repair pathway.
12Can the repair start straight away?
We can start the assessment, vehicle logistics and repair planning immediately. Once liability is accepted, the repair moves forward straight away, subject to parts and workshop availability.
13What if an insurer disputes something that belongs on my car?
We do not simply leave the damaged item out of the repair. We explain what is needed to put the car back to its pre accident condition and pursue the appropriate escalation pathway. If a dispute needs specialist legal recovery advice, we will explain the next practical step.
