STRIPPED BACK

Seeing the damage
behind the bumper.

Front end damage on a car like this rarely stops at the bumper. With the front stripped back, the team could see the lights, mounts and components that needed replacing, and plan the repair around the car rather than a guess.

HOW THE REPAIR WENT

From accident
to handover.

01

Assess the full damage

The car was inspected in person at our Old Toongabbie workshop so the repair plan covered what was hidden behind the first visible damage.

02

Strip the front end back

The bumper, lights and front components came off so the team could see the supports, mounts and parts behind them.

03

Rebuild with genuine parts

Every replacement part was genuine Mercedes-Benz, including new headlights and new AMG wheels.

04

Prep, paint and refit

Each panel was prepped and painted, then refitted and checked for fit and finish before the car went home.
