Who we are
Diverse Autobody is the trading name of Diverse Garage Pty Ltd (ABN 20 634 264 707), a collision repair workshop at 116 Oakes Rd, Old Toongabbie NSW 2146. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Diverse Autobody.
What we collect
- When you book an assessment: your name, phone number, email, vehicle details and anything you tell us in the booking form. Bookings are handled by Calendly.
- When you call, email or visit: your contact details, vehicle details, photos of the damage, and any insurance or claim details you give us.
- When you use this website: the pages you view, your device and browser type, your general location and how you found us. We use Google Analytics for this. The site also keeps a small note in your browser of how you first found us, such as a search or an ad, and passes it to the booking form.
How we use it
- To arrange your assessment, quote and repair, and to keep you updated.
- To manage an insurance or not at fault claim when you ask us to.
- To improve this website and our advertising.
Who we share it with
- Your insurer, the other driver's insurer, or claim, towing and replacement vehicle providers, but only to handle your repair or claim.
- Companies that run our booking, website, analytics and email, such as Calendly, Google, Cloudflare, Render and Microsoft. Some of them store information outside Australia, including in the United States.
We do not sell your personal information.
