01Does hail damage always need paint work?

No. Where the paint is intact and the panel allows access, paintless dent repair may be appropriate. If the paint is damaged or the panel needs conventional repair, we explain that clearly before work begins.

02Can you assess an insurance hail claim?

Yes. If you are fully comprehensive insured and have choice of repairer, you can nominate Diverse. Bring any claim information you already have and we will explain the workshop side of the process.

03Can I receive a private hail repair quote?

Yes. We can assess the vehicle and provide a clear private repair quote. You can then decide whether private repair or an insurance claim is right for you.

04Do you repair hail damage on prestige vehicles?

Yes. The assessment considers the condition and finish of the specific vehicle. Prestige and performance cars receive the same considered repair planning as every car in the workshop.
